High Performance Hockey
St. Michael's College School Arena · U10-U15 · A to AAA
Program Overview
Our High Performance Hockey Camps at St. Michael's College School Arena combine advanced on-ice instruction with targeted off-ice training in an intensive week-long camp built to prepare competitive players for next season. The program is led by experienced coaches with high-level Junior, NCAA, and Professional playing experience who push players to get better every day.
On the ice, athletes cycle through focused stations covering edgework and stride work, puck protection and deception, shooting mechanics, quick-touch passing, and small-area games designed to build speed, skill, and decision-making under pressure. Position-specific work — D-skills, net-front play, wall work — and high-tempo games help players apply what they have learned right away. Players are grouped by age and ability to keep the pace high and the development meaningful.
This is a competitive-only program. All players must be going into their U10 year or older and playing at the A, AA, or AAA levels. The camp is not suitable for Select or Houseleague players. Goalies can attend this camp at a reduced rate of $250 + HST per week — please email camps@topsports.ca for more details.

U10–U12 Group
Our younger high performance group. Skill stations are built around the fundamentals that separate players at this age: edge control, first-step quickness, puck protection in traffic, and shooting mechanics. Small-area games run at high tempo so players learn to make decisions with pressure on them. Dryland work is age-appropriate and focused on movement quality over load.
