Passover Hockey
Larry Grossman Forest Hill Arena · Ages 5-12
Camp Overview
Our Passover Hockey Camps at Larry Grossman Forest Hill Arena offer a great mix of skill development and gameplay, providing campers the chance to learn Canada's favourite game in a fun and enthusiastic environment. During on-ice sessions players will rotate through different stations and small-area games, working on building fundamentals and improving their skills. Off the ice, players participate in multi-sport activities outside on Memorial Field, building general athleticism and creating well-rounded athletes.
Every day includes two hours of on-ice development with clear progressions in skating, stickhandling, shooting, and passing. Small-area games help players apply new skills under real pressure, encouraging quick decisions and smart puck movement. Off the ice, campers rotate through soccer, lacrosse, and flag football to develop coordination and athleticism. Groups are organized by age and ability so players are challenged appropriately and supported in a positive, team-first environment. Campers must be at least 5 years old and have prior hockey experience.
Camp runs in two three-day sections: April 21 to 23 and April 26 to 28. Sections can be booked individually — take one or both.

FAQs
Common Questions
What should my child bring?
Full hockey equipment, including helmet with full cage, protective equipment, neckguard, and stick. Campers should also bring a water bottle, athletic clothing, running shoes for off-ice programming, and a backpack. Please label all items with the camper's name. We are a SCREEN-FREE camp — please leave cell phones at home.
Is lunch included?
No. Lunch is not included with Passover Hockey Camp registration. Campers must bring their own NUT-FREE lunch, snacks, and drinks each day. If your child has a dietary need or allergy, please indicate on your registration form and confirm with our office.
Does my child need hockey experience?
Yes. All campers must be at least 5 years old and have prior hockey experience. Junior campers should be comfortable skating on their own.
Can I register for just one section?
Yes. Each section runs as its own standalone camp, so you can book April 21–23, April 26–28, or both.
What happens in bad weather?
Off-ice programming runs outside on Memorial Field. If weather does not cooperate, we move indoors to the arena with adjusted activities to keep the day active and fun. On-ice sessions are unaffected.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before camp begins. No refunds or credits are available after the 30-day deadline.
