Our Camp Programs
Each year we are proud to offer well over 200+ summer camps, holiday camps, and sports clinics for children ages 4–15 across Toronto, Oakville, York, Whitby, and Collingwood. Throughout all of our programs there are a number of themes that make up our Core Values;
- Well-Rounded Athletes — We take pride in the variety of sports and activities during each day at camp. Regardless of what camp your child chooses, campers will have the chance to play a variety of different sports during camp, promoting multi-sport development and helping create well-rounded athletes!
- Skill Development — Whether your child is new to their sport, currently playing at the recreational level, or a competitive athlete, our coaches take pride in helping all campers learn new skills, develop confidence, and fall in love with sports
- Life Skills Through Sport — We strongly believe that sports can be used as a vehicle to teach core life skills like teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and work ethic, and throughout your child’s experience at camp they will learn valuable lessons that will prepare them for the road ahead.
At all of our camps, campers will participate in a variety of activities in addition to their chosen sports camp. For example, a week in Hockey Camp will also include sessions and games in sports like soccer, flag football, lacrosse, basketball, and more to promote well-rounded athletic development.

Community Service
LITs may be eligible for community service hours for their volunteer work. Please obtain written approval from your school before participating.
